I've found another picture of the same vehicle here :

You'll notice the different engine cowling (and the new cargo bed as well...). Maybe the one on Jim's post had been re-motorized by the German ?

AlBy used to make one in 1/72, but I think they've gone now.
The nearest I've seen is this Somua MCG5 from DES KIT
