Hi Bob,
While I haven't bought any of them, I know that they represent different versions of the King TIger, henschel, porsche, zimmerit, no-zimmerit, 18-tooth sprocket and so and so on, it really depends on which vehicle you would like to build or catches your eye.
I haven't really heard anything to bad about them, I just prefer the Tamiya King Tiger except for the price.
With all of the extras that DML offers, if you are not worried about accuracy, then go with one of the DML KT.

I think, it depend on which way you choose to build the kit. If you like build ootb, dragon is better choice. but if you want to add some PE, maybe Tamiya is the right choice
