Hey all!
Just wanted to show you this 00 scale diorama of a Brittish railway goodshed.
I builded this dio last month for my LHS to promote cardboard/paper modelkits of railway related buildings.
Actually it's 1:76-1:72 00 scale (not very common here in The Netherlands for railroading, mostly it's 1:87 H0 scale).
I rebuilded Airfix tankcar to a civilian lorry. The BR railbus is a Dapol kit that I motorized in a simple way (motor directly on axle) when modelrailroading was my main hobby. The wagon is from Branchline Models. The building itself is a paper model from Mettcalfe Inc.
I placed 2 interior lights (Faller GmbH) in the main shed and 1 in the office. Also all three wallmounted streetlights are lightned with 12 V. DC and are from Viessmann.
The figures are rescaped RAF crewmen that came with the Airfix kit. The luggage, goods, milkcans, mealsacks etc. are from various fabricates.
Plants, grass etc, is mostly from Woodlands and Busch. Ballast is from Berka.
Hope you like it! All comments always welcome!

Very, very nice dio! I believe this is set in England, right? It is a faithful portrait of the English country side. The house is very well built, though it looks that the roof is a bit "wavy", if you know what I mean. The landscape with the train lines is very well done! The truck , acessories and figures are very well painted (I would have added some more weathering to the truck, but it could have been just wahed)! For me it is a job very well done! Congratulations!
Cheers and happy modelling!
