When I first saw this picture (thanks to Peter Ong's recent heads-up) the penny didn't drop, but when you really think about it, this means that we'll soon have a new M 800 series truck cab on the market (better than the Real Model one I hope...)

Small correction - this is M51, so it is M54 series truck, not M809 series one. So we will have new M54 cab, what is even better!

Thanks for your correcting statement Pawel ! In fact I had written "M 54" in my post, than I edited it and wrote "M 800" instead. I should have guessed there was something wrong.... Put the blame on my lack of knowledge in the field of modern US trucks

I dunno, from the picture angle it appears that the Cab is too short (blunted) and the spacing between the dual bogies in the rear is too wide. Perhaps a combination of photo angle and perhaps a test-shot buildup. I easily see the M54 features - but it looks a lot like a Deuce in dimensions...

Hi to all,
Gunnie your're right for the rear axles, its too large;
For the cab with this pic its very difficult to have any opinions.
Otherwise, in the same show, Hobby Fan present a resin kit for the M58 MICLIC trailer, based on a M200 us trailer.
With the pics it looks good. And with this base we can easy build a TQG or other specific trailers
ps perharps can we receive a correct M54 and so Gun Truck building !!!

I'm hopeful that the HF kit comes out alright - it would be nice to have an option for modeling M54's. I saw the Trailer too as well as the interior for the AAVP-7A1 Amtrac - both look nice!
