Carl, I have put together several of the 250 series from DML, word of caution, test fit the lower hull, sides and upper hull several times before the final glue. It is very easy to misalign the parts and not even know it. Good luck.

Robert

TankCarl,
I guess you know it already but among others Aber has several sets for the Sd.Kfz. 250.
http://jadarhobby.home.pl/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=250+kfz These should be the searchresults for "250 kfz" I have the Sd.Kfz 250/1 Alte basic set and it is quite nice...
Hmmm... I hope your heads-up is not too late (as I glued the lower part of the sidewalls to the vehicle about a year ago. Good luck...

Sort of the subassembly I will have before painting,it's easier to hit the nooks and crannies.

I've never built one of these kits before - but sure am interested! The more you guys talk about 'em (good, bad and ugly) - the more I'll be reading it!

They are very well done. With careful planning before painting, they can look stunner.A bit of PE is the crowning part.
