I cant comment on the aztec but a good starter AB would be the Pasch single action or the badger 350 or even the Badger 200. They have good paint control and flow. I know from personal experience that the 200 is a good starter and will lead you into airbrushing much more smoothly.

Yep get a good one to start out with. You can go the single action route then get a double action later, Aztecs are nice they'er easer to clean than the badger 350s but they are a lot lighter. My hands shake so the metal brushes dampen that alot. If you dont have that problem the aztec sets are good spec. the set they sell with the compressor and cleaning station, everything in 1 box resy to go. Aztec also does offer a metal airbrush in their new line if you need it. The Aztec system offers alot of addons whit suction and gravity feed cups, cups with caps and diferent needls. Its also changes to right or left handed. But after all that my Badger 350 IL is great Ive worn the blue of the barrle in all these years. HAVE FUN practice practice practice KEEP IT CLEAN in 20 yrs of hobby and pro use thats still the best advice

Invest in a good airbrush from the very beginning. You will not be frustrated with a poorly made AB and your results will be good anyway, plus you'll keep it for a long time. By getting a poor AB you are basically wasting money since you'll get a better one anyway in the future. So why not buy a good one from start? Just a suggestion.
