Hi Guys

the balconys are very nice, i had a small problem in that some of the spindels where a little short, so i had to use a punch and die set to cut some plastic disks to size. But they add a nice feature to the front and side of the building.

The building is a combination of Verlinden sets and cast pieces to create the one large piece, a little time consuming but should look the part once done.

cheers

Looking good so far! What did you use to glue the balsa wood and plaster together?

Keith, you have constructed a great building here. I especially love the roof section with the damage. It will look great when you shingle it. The balconies add a lot too. A stunner you have going. Keep us posted. Cheers Kevin

That is an incredible piece of work. It's absolutely stunning.

What did you use for the wood? Balsa wood?

Truly very nice.

Very good job Keith!
Balconies and wooden construction makes Verlinden set much more interesting.
Good luck!

The building looks great! Wish I had the space to make a diorama that large.
Also, want to take the opportunity to say thanks for your old web site and articles as they gave me a great deal of information and inspiration when I was first getting started building dioramas a few years ago. Looking forward to more pictures and maybe a new article describing the building of this project?
