dont think I understand the entire question here, do you mean add branches to the crew clothes? if so, no, dont do that, crews wouldnt need to be camoflaged if they're inside a vehicle. And if you mean add branches to the vehicle (which is what I think you mean) then yes, by all means that is possible, by now most of the German Lutwaffe was knocked out and adding branches to their AFVs was common practice for German crews, to minimize the threat of allied planes sighting them.

I have never seen any branches added to a semovente before, but I do not see why that wouldnt be possible, unless it was on the African front, where branches werent always common to put on vehicles.

Hi Tom,
Take a look here http://www.ww2modelmaker.com/mg/ModelGerm.htm scroll down to Jagdpanther make sure it's an early not late and check out some of the camo patterns. As for the crew, Normandy 44, I would say anything goes, field grey, Italian camo, oak leaf, black tunic whatever you want. Also add some foliage to the tank. If you do a google image search for German panzers in Normandy, you will see what looks like trees and shrubs with main guns sticking out traveling down the roads. Good luck with the project.
Regards,
Robert

no problem for the confusion, dont know how you modeling budget is, but a series of books called Panzer Colors by Squadron comes in handy when dealing with camo. for AFVs.
