I dont know if this is still correct or not Part 4 still?

Anyways,
I was checking in when i was letting my mud dry, it took forever! so i though, but it looked closer and felt it and it was all dry, This was my first time i actually achieve fresh looking mudd!
Im going to add another lay to work in with the figures and the tank weights and the foot prints and what not!

Thanks for looking!

Wow that mud looks great in the photos!
Looks like you have a great dio there.
The mud looks very wet and realistic - how did you achieve that finish?

Bro,
This is lookin real good. The mud looks awesome too.I say when you get to the trees part, cover it with mud, throw spots of heki down, then cover it all up with snow. That would look pretty good.

The mud looks very beautiful. I hope I can make one like that for my Nashorn dio.

A couple of things though but this may be because of the grainy and hazy quality of the pics. Or maybe it's because the dio is not yet finished.

1) I can't see the footprints of the soldiers.

2) I see some of the track prints. But considering that there are a lot of vehicles here, there should also be a lot of track prints.

3) I think there should be a litte snow on the road, particularly between tracks.

4) I think it would be best to position the marching soldiers at the side of the road. They would be run over by the tanks or the tanks would have to slow down to avoid running over the soldiers.

Of course, you might have those things in mind already. That's a beautiful dio in the making.

Thanks for the comments guys.

Angela, i plan on adding more layers to it so the foot prints are visible,

Then men are crossing the road because the Panther IR has stopped with a infantry pointing out and they think its a good time to cross the Road.

Ah, okay. Now, I think I get what you're intending to portray.

Awesome work Max. Mud looks very convinsing.
I really like the borderline between the snow and the road. Looks very realistic.

The edge of the road is great, I really like the corner where it is not uniform. The mud looks really good, a bit more info would be cool.

Hey Max , very , very nice roadwork . To reiterate Slodder, the corner of the road with the sharp cut in the snow that shows the depth is a very good visual.
What do you intend to do with the snow grade area up to and including the treed area ?
The armor and figs. are also coming along splendidly.
Good build so far. - Cheyenne
