This is the Tamiya Jagdpanther, painted with Tamiya acylics, washed with Winsor and Newton oils and weathered with Mig powders. The barrel is by Jordi Rubio.
I enjoyed this build from start to finish. I didn't go with any after-market parts as i only had a week to build it in(and i'm not that good with P.E yet). Any comments (good or bad) are very much apprieciated.
Thanks Andy

Looks good Andy, but in your post I can only see the red xx's though.
Cheers

Hi Andy ...in your post all we see is the red X syndrom but I checked them out in your gallery...Nice job ..especially if you say you did this in a week....I did notice the decals were done a bit too fast and you can see the film around the numbers ..if you have some Micro sol and set I'd try and make the snuggle down a bit more .. The tracks look a bit to rusted ..try a Raw umber wash and I use humbrols polished steel for the parts of the track that need to show wear and tear. Great job and this kit makes a great addition to the A O campaign.

I can see them now. I copied the image from my gallery instead of the campaign gallery

Andy,
Photos on my screen look a bit dark but from what I see it's looking good.
Is there suppossed to be wet mud on the roadwheels? They appear a bit shiney.

Andy,
You picked a good kit to build without having to use any pe, And for building in only a week it looks real good. However it is hard to tell without seeing it in person, but the tracks look very rusty in the pictures. Maybe you could tone it down with a wash or some pigments. Otherwise a good looking build. I can't remember the last time I built a kit in a week (um maybe 20+years ago, of course no paint and parts just clipped of the sprue) :-)
Regards,
Robert

Great job on your Jagdpanther Andy
I just love the mud on the front fenders!
The tracks are too 'orangy' though, try to tone the colour down more.
