Hi guys,
Last minute submission here. Go easy on the figure, it is my first figure! Anyway, figure painting isnt as easy as i though.
This is the DML kit, the earlier one. I had alot of fun building this!
By the way, I submitted 3 pics into the campaign gallery but i cannot seem to get those 3 pics to be in a folder in my personal gallery!

Hi Danny,
That's a very nice KT. I like the subtle weathering and the way you painted the scratched chips. Taking away some of the fenders is a nice touch.
You can still improve on a few points:
1) Apply a burnt umber/black wash on the grilles to accentuate them. Then drybrush a gunmetal color on them.
2) Drybrush gunmetal paint on the part of the tracks that touch the ground. Or you can brush graphite dust (from a pencil) on it.
3) It would be better if you paint the tools rather than incorporating them into the camouflage pattern. For example, you can paint the shovel, the cleaning rods, the tow cables as what they are rather than painting them to blend into the camouflage pattern of the tank.
4) A few splotches of rust on the tools would be a very good touch.
5) Add a little black pastel dust on the mufflers simulating the exhaust.
The above additions are very minor and won't take you an hour to fix.
Very nice build and congrats for completing the Ardennes Offensive campaign.

Hi Angela,
Whoa that was a quick reply!
Thanks for the 5 pointers but i did paint the tools, shovel, tow cables...in their metallic/wood colour and weathered them. Maybe it's the pics, i guess i havent really mastered the art of photography!
For the tools, some of them were 'new' as i wanted to depict them being picked up recently
Again, thanks for the heads up!

Well, I'm on-line right now, thus the quick reply.
I guess it's the picture. Me, too. I'm not really a master of photography and I suck at pictures.
Very good job.

Thanks guys for the comments.
Actually this is my first time handling PE. The PE engine grills at the back isnt nicely fitted in, IMHO.

LOL you could put the right KT tread directly on that pattern in the towel and have at least on track pattern on your towel!!
Good looking tank.

I like the way how you did the mud. looks awesome!
Nice scheme too, is it going in a dio??

Hahaha Alan, now why didnt I think of that? Maybe my next build. :-)
Hilbert, the figure is really crappy, trust me. I just did not want to take close up shots of that monstrosity! I'm thinking of putting it in a dio but that will not be so soon.
Thanks guys.
