I've been emptying boxes while on leave and have come across numerous Dragon Shermans. Some I knew I had, others I was unaware. I swear I think these things multiply. Many of these are still sealed, most of them I've already built a model of in the past, but ended up having a duplicate kit of some Shermans.

  1. 9009X M4A3E8 with Easy resin hull dated 1994 (open)
  2. 9010 M4A3 (76) HVSS dated 1994 (open)
  3. 6041 M4A4 w60 lb. rockets dtd 1995 (open)
  4. 6048 M4A1 75mm early dtd 1996 (open)
  5. 6807 M4A3 HVSS POS-CWS-H5 dtd 1995 (states "New Tooling")
  6. 6807 M4A3 HVSS POA-CWS-H5 dtd 2000 (Shanghai Dragon)
  7. 6811 M4A3E8 dtd 2000 (Shanghai Dragon)
  8. 6121 Sherman Vc Firefly dtd 1999
  9. 3529 M51 Isherman dtd 1999 (open)

Tempted to crack open some just to see what the big difference between Dragon and Shanghai Dragon is. Next on the agenda are the DML T-72 and T-80 followed by the multitude of Abrams kits.

I can see they flourish over there! It's a very nice collection, brother! I think I've got one just the like... with many Fireflies and Cromwells... Hope I build some one of these days!
Cheers and happy modelling!

Generally there is no difference. The Shanghai Dragon kits were made in China and frequently have a lower price tag for the same kit.
