My first airbrush (2 years ago) was an Aztek 470. It is OK for general painting such as basecoats but I found it to be lacking for detail work. I got an Iwata HP-C last December. I love it. Total control over my painting. I liked it so much I bought an Iwata HP-C Plus. I use it for enamels and the HP-C for acrylics. FYI I found the HP-C for $91.00 online at of all places buynails.com. The only thing I use my Aztek for is to apply futue.
