Does anyone have any information on this kit. I know it was first released in 1969ish and has been recently reissued. In particular, did this kit have a basic interior like their Tiger I kit, or was it a shell with a motorized hull like the Panther/Jadgpanther? Just curious since I saw one in a local hobby shop for $70+ and was wondering if it was worth anything close to that (I suspect not though).

Hi Rob,
As you suspect no interior. Not a bad kit but now re-released at least here in the UK by Adademy, I have not seen it by Tamiya. Same kit except no commander figure!
Cost here about $38!
Best wishes.

Rob:
You may want to hold out for the Trumpeter T-34/85 in 1/16th due out, presumably, sometime in the near future....
