It's a very great looking Sherman! I like the netting arround the barrel very much.
Were did you make that from?

LOL! My real intention for the extension was for others to put in their pics, incase that they're away before May 31st :-) But yes, I had just finished this piece, but that was another story :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

The netting was made from gauze pads, the one you use for wounds. I wrapped it on the barrel and then pour in diluted white glue, laid it for the night and the next day, it was ready for painting

Thanks for that technique tip. I'll try it for sure soon, I want some netting on a M3.

Oh btw, since diluted glue mixes with water, I strongly suggest not to use acrylics for it might loosen the netting. I've used enamels on mine.
