hey gys been ages scince i last posted,but here we go:
this half term week i have been gettign back into my modelling flow, firstly i had a go at painting my 1/35 88 german gun in the late war camo scheme, wich turned out really well (for me :D:D) with the dunkelgelb dunkelgrun and the red brown ....
and secondly later this week i bought a 1/72 italeri stug 111 i built up the upper half seperate from the tracks and lower chassis and painted it in the late war scheme and it turned out really well the tracks were painted in a red/rust coulour and penciled over with graphite the model needed no filling or anything allthough some things were inaccurate ..but what do you exxpect from a 4.99 model :D i based it by getting a box and plastering the corner in a natural way when it was semi dry (more wet than dry) i stippeled all ofit wit a paintbrush and added a small bit of very fine railway gravel for 00 gage and painted it brown with some flesh mixed in , i layed down some static grass and put a bit of wreckage airbrushed the static grass 'cus it was way too light and voila:D:D:D

this has got to be the most detailed 1/72 model i have ever made/am making :D it came with a resin part and a small sheet of photo etch the entire interior except for the engine bay is viewable i have had a few probz with the photo etch * mainly the lack of flatness when you remove it , and i had to stic with superglue to stick it down:(
but as the vheicel is of a soviet scheme i will be making it very dirty and rusty as soviet vehicles are over -used LoL!!! the disadvantage is the vinal 1 peice track . but oh well ill post the pics as soon as my uncle finishes using the camera
