Not sure if this is the right place for me to submit my entry? Please correct me if I'm wrong!
This is the Tamiya King Tiger (1/35) with Atak zimmerit, metal barrel (forget who from I'm afraid...), Voyager PE set and Tamiya individual track links. Airbrushed with Tamiya acrylics, weathered with acrylics, pencil, Rustall and real mud! First tank I've built since I was a kid, constructive criticism very welcome - thanks.
More pics can be found from the 'My photos' link below - but you probably knew that already...

Nice little cat. I like your camo.
The only thing I should do is making the muzzle brake black.
bye hilbert

Thanks Hilbert. I did treat the brake with some Tamiya Smoke but wondered if it was a little underdone...
Btw, any recommends for a good paint for tyres and tank roadwheels? Matt black just looks too, well - black! :-)

A very nice King Tiger, just love it, will have to get myself one ( when the beloveds not looking LOL).
I use Tamiya's NATO black as its not as black (if that makes sense :-)). You could also try MIG pigments black smoke for the muzzle brake.

:-) Know what you mean - I need to intercept the postman and hide new additions away in the stash very quickly! Thanks for the paint tips too

Hello again,
Try to make a mix of Flat black and some panzer grey.
And maby a tiny drop of dark yellow. (very little drop)
it should make a bit lighter than only black.
hope this will help you but try it first then can you see the results
