There are some good plastic tanker figures out there that won't break the bank ...Tamiya's set is really very nice along with a few from Dragon...but if you really want to make your tank stand out there are some really nice resin figures out there that are worth the extra money ..Take a look at the Alpine figures they are awesome and you get an extra head to fix up a plactic figure as well..

Karl,
Please dont take this the wrong way but when a company bends over backwards to give you all the extra's like you have just listed is it really fair to complain that there is no tank crew? I can remember only a few years ago when you were lucky if you got a piece of string to make a tow cable let alone Photo Etch screens and turned aluminum barrels, Plus four figures and accesories. Lets be realistic here. If you were to go out and buy this stuff you are looking at another 25-30 bills. Your not the first to complain about the new dragon kits but it makes me think we are becoming far to spoiled in our hobby. It was not too long ago we had to beg for new releases now we have them every month and they come loaded with extras to boot. SO please barer this in mind..I think all of us need to bare this in mind. So this is directed at all of us ... I'll step off my soapbox now.
Cheers,
Bryan

I have an ample supply...I generally don't use figures, but save them..then when I need them, I use a pose or do what I saw written as "Frankensteining " them. I've also gotten a supply of Verlinden heads and bought a Tamiya and Dragon tank crew set or two to have what I need....did the same for modern and now am doing it for Russian (Soviet Union)

Tigeriv

I hear you and must say that it is a disappointment not to see crew figuresin such great kits. All I need is more Dragon troops to add to the "army" I already have (though I do admit it is a nice touch to their kits). It would be great for them to add in a set of those crew figures instead. I've been doing some serious searching for decent crew figures to add to my kits. I agree with "thebear" that though the resin figures, as always, are pricey that Alpine and Tank put out some sets that are truly outstanding and well worth the investment. Check them out under the "Sponsors". I've got several and if you PM me, I'd be glad to donate a Tiger crew "for the cause".
