This is (was) my entry for the Air over sea campaign, and as you can see things have gone slightly tits up. The white coating is NOT a thin coat of snow or the result of a heavy frost :-) , but Tamiya's flat base. So any suggestions on how too correct this slight hiccup (apart from throwing it in the bin) would be greatly appreciated.
I have used this stuff before with good results so im not sure where i went wrong. On my jagdpanther it was put over a coat of acylic paint where on this model it is over Future (Klear), so could that have affected it
Thanks Andy
P.S This will teach me to skive off work to put a dullcoat on LOL

Tamiya's flat base is NOT A FLAT COAT.........
It is meant to be mixed with their paint or clear coat to make it either a flat paint, or a flat coat.
Sorry, can't help with repairing the damage, only happened to me once many years ago, and I simply tossed the kit out, and learned from my mistake.

don't toss it!!
strip it and repaint if repairing the damage is not possible.
you probably wont make it to the end of the campaign, and you probably have to locate new decals but at least you'll avoid the frustraion and the bad feeling that accompanies tossing a model that you put hours of work into...
and when you'll finish the repainted model it will be more valuable to you than other models that were a smooth build.
