That's a lovely piece of work Drew! And a vehicle I'd never seen before. What components did you use?

This was inspired by a 1/72 kit from a Polish company (Military Wheels) as well as great 1/76 scale armour site Henkofholland.
I used a Tamiya T-34/76 "Chtz" m.43 as the base. filling in all the "motorized" holes in the lower hull. I scored a great resin interior kit from Panzer Concepts which really brought this kit to life. The tracks are from Fruilmodel and the storage bed is off a Gaz-AA truck from Toro models (withe some metal strips added to shore up the gates for strength and scratch-built latches and tie-down eyelets were also added )since these had to hall engines, transmissions, and even turrets for other wounded T-34's. Everything else was scratched with Evergreen and plastistruct. oh ... The tow cables are from a company that I think is called Eureka XXL. and they are worth the price ($15USD per pair).
Before painting, I primed the whole thing with Floquil roof brown and the used the Vellejo mask for the chippeed paint effect. speckling all the worn surfaces as needed. The whole thing was painted with Vellejo Air and then washed with Windsor/Newton Oils. the the tedious task of removing all the mask was done after letting the tank dry for a day. The tractor was then topped of with Mig pigments.
