Hey Fabio
Excuse my ignorance, but what is a wall trunk? Can't begin to attempt to help until knowing the subject matter!!

Sometimes it's known as a seawall. I am not sure if Tarawa was the only place.

Thank you Alan Seawall is more correct I think..
My problem is that I have a LVT 4 and made a base of Tarawa for it, but I´ve been discovered that the LVT-4 had not been used in tarawa. Now I´d like to know if the japaneses had been made more of these "seawalls" in another island for my LVT 4.
Cheers
