Hi All,
Surfing the net earlier and came across a website for the above company. now I've seen Hobbycraft kits here in the U.K. But are these the same? and what's there quality/accuracy like? The pics on the site look sorta familiar and I'm wondered if Hobbycraft are affiliated with any other companys.
Thanks in advance
Tom

AFAIK many (most ?) of Hobbycraft armor kits are copies of Trumpeter kits, so their quality depends on the quality of the original kit....

Hey, sorry not to exactly be answering your question directly, but hobbycraft makes some pretty nice plasticine I buy it all the time when I feel like sculpting from time to time at my local crafts shop.

Most of the HobbyCraft kits are reboxed Trumpeter kits, not copies. Their Trumpeter ones are the same quality as any other Trumpeter kit, generally pretty good. The HobbyCraft HMMWVs, M2A2, BMP and some other kits are reboxes of Lee kits and should be avoided like the plague. Lee kits are horrible copies of other companies kits. They are very soft on detail and well known for incompletely cast parts, they are just all-around bad.
