I did a quick review on the Bradley Reactive Armor set for the Dragon M2A2ODS. More correctly called High-Survivability Armor Tiles, this is the first set of add on armor for the Bradley in 1/72 scale.

A good, and honest review. From my view point it looks like a half harted attempt from Verlinden, getting the idea right, but lacking in the excecution and final finish. Still, once the final model has been dressed up with the customary crew gear and rolled up covers etc not to much should show so it is probably an o.k. base for a OIF dio.

Cheers

The interesting thing to note is that we are getting more aftermarket items for the 1/72 scale Bradley than the 1/35 scale Bradleys are receiving.

I think they are "good enough" for the casual modeler but a more experienced modeler may wish to scratch build the frontal armor array to give it some real detail.

Good review Rob. I concure with your opinion. I went ahead and bought the 1/35th set and looking at your review, it's almost identical, just different sizes.

Using the pictures from Prime Portal and pictures I found through ML, I'm going to go ahead and scratch build all the missing stuff.
