Working on a Sherman for the Nats...

Preliminary paint work done...needs to be glossed then washes and drybrushing.

Will post more photos once thats done....

Added a couple of more photos...

Preliminary shadow wash done, needs a rust wash and some drybrushing.

Well...I added a few more pics after doing a bit more work to the model.

Thing is it seems my drybrushing obliterated the fading effects i was trying to achieve.
Oh well..better luck next time i guess.

Looking good Venom..The only thing I'dtry and work on a bit are the tracks..They are forcing your front bogies to lift and you should try and glue them straight .
Weathering looks good ...

The fit was great...no problems whatsoever. And you get a few things for the spares box as well.

Academy has gotten a lot better with their tanks over the years, I like the Sherman/M10 series especially.

Hats off to Academy for such nice kits.
