Hi guys!
I've just received my Kankali street corner section, and i've noticed in the instructions that they tell you to use only white glue type of glues. In fact, to glue the latex onto a base that is O.K.! But how about glueing figures and/or vehicles onto the latex base? what type of glue must/can be used? Can I use Cynocrileto (fast glueing type of glue used to glue resin parts) or must I use white glue only? Thanks in advance for your help!
Cheers and happy modelling!

Hi Prato,
We in fact usually use the Cynocrileto type glue (super glue) to glue the sections to the base or attaching models or figures to our street sections. We just do not go overboard with that type of glue. It's a bit more expensive and a little goes a long way. If you have any more questions let us know!

Thanks,
Pat

The way I have connected my figures on Kancali's streets is to use a pin (clipped paper clip) CA'ed in to a boot or foot, then I poke a hole through the latex. I usually pick a seam between bricks. I drill the hole into the base about 1/4" and put a bit of epoxy on the pin and insert the pin into the hole.
This gets you around glue on latex questions.

Thanks a lot for your kind help Kankali and Scott! Let me see if I got it right: I can use super glue to attach things to the latex base! Is that it? (Of course, and speaking about figures, Scott's method is the most correct to use!)
Cheers and happy modelling!
