I send this on the PMMS site and fell over and out of my computer chair. Did Hobby Fan kit # 057 AAV-7 Interior (Conversion Kit) is really released or is it a tease for a later time in 2005 or so.
I have aleast 3 of the tamiya AAV-7's and I got a few of the added armoured but this would blow the roof of of my next build. If it's true I know what I need to do for my next dio and maybe contest entry.
THIS WOULD BE ONE OF MY BEST FARTHERS DAY EVER.

I posted back in March that I was modeling next to the man who was working on the HF interior master for the AAV7A1: Hobby Fan/AFV Club info on upcoming kits. He missed our April meeting because he returned to Taiwan (he is Taiwanese) to deliver the master.

Thanks; and I am SORRY I missed the other POST. You are JUST the LUCKEST GUY in the world to work with so many professionals in person.
I guess I'll get the 1/35 germen railroad gun as a second choice. Maybe for X-mas the AAV-7 Interior (Conversion Kit) might be out. I'll just keep dreaming. Like the M198 155 gun after 14 years came out last year. I don't think it'll be that long but I can wait.

Hmm, I sense hostility and sarcasm in your reply. I wonder what brought that on? I hope you have a Happy Father's Day.

Hold on to your chair, Tom ! Here are 2 pics of the Hobby Fan set, just for you to pass the time :
But don't forget a similar set is to be released by Trakz, ( maybe sooner, and cheaper too !....)
Enjoy !

Can't wait to see those kits come out for the AAV, thanks for the "inside scoop" Sabot!
Now, what's this I hear about an affordable M198???
Back on topic, I'll have to keep on the lookout for the interior as well as the EEAK kits that Sabot mentioned in his linked post, and pick up a couple of each.
