So, what I have done is this:
1. I took an old Tamiya 1/3 OZ bottle and cleaned it up, taking off the sticker, and the plastic gasket from inside the cap.
2. I removed the siphon fitting, washer, and hose from the original pot. All peices from this unscrew apart.
3. With the old 1/3 OZ Tamiya bottle I drilled a suitabale hole to fit the siphon fitting into the Tamiya cap and then drilled a small 1/16inch hole for a breather in the cap
4. I screwed the new Siphon fitting into the Tamiya cap and cut a peice of vacuum hose to fit the length of the bottle.
5. When cutting the hose cut it at a 45 degree angle. If you don't the hose will try to stick to the bottom of the bottle. The hose I used is regular automotive hose, and will easily with stand acrylic paint. I have not tried it on enamels yet but if I have a problem I will just use the original hose. But I don't for see have a problem.
The result is I can now hook up 1/3 OZ bottles directly onto my airbrush. I find this saves a lot of paint and time. In between colors I just put an old bottle onto my airbrush filled with water, clean it out real quick, and slap in the next color. I hope this helps out anybody out there.
Thanks, Jay
