I've a few (probably dumb and pointless) questions regarding drafting a campaign submission...

1. Are Operations still permissable?
   
2. Should Operations reflect a historical event 100% accurately?
   
3. What are the minimum allowable timespans for operations and missions?
   
4. What are the maximum allowable timespans for operations and missions?
   
5. Am I correct saying that ribbons are for missions, while medals (gongs) are for operations?
   
6. What is the maximum size for ribbons and gongs (medals )?
