Hi,

I'm currently constructing a 1/48 diorama with a turkish Fw-190 A3 involved.The subject is a "paint job"...

What i was wondering. Did anyone attempt making ladders,etc. from scratsh?

I haven't build a ladder for that specific subject. I did build a 1/48th scale boarding platform for a C119 in 1/48 scale.
I used hobby wire and sheet styrene. The wire was slightly smaller than 1mm.

I've never known anybody who made them, but I known Verlinden Productions did have such a set a long time ago, don't know if they're still in catalogue, but i'd bet they are! Check it out in their site or at VLS' site (www.modelmeca.com- if I'm correct!)!
