It looks really good Karl. Dark and malevolent. I was going to suggest some dust, but I'm not sure. I think if you are going to add dust during the final weathering, it will have to be done very, very sparingly, in order not to spoil that 'air' it has about it at the moment. You have managed to achieve a certain atmosphere with thsi one Karl, try and keep it, it's unusual and as I said, very good!

Sup bro,
I really like the outcome of this tank. The weathering is perfect, I like the holes with rain stains coming out. Are those from small arms? I really like your work and looking forward to seeing this thing finished all the way.

Wow!!..
honestly,if the wheelsn and track come out as good as this you have a potential showstopper here.
The only potential improvement might be done to the periscope front, as the lense is completely green as well.
But wow, what a stunning modell,
Harm

Fantastic work on your Jagdpanther. I agree that this color scheme is very dark and eerie, and it looks fine the way it is.
My only question is, why did you build it buttoned up ?
Keep us posted on the running gear and tracks. Looks awesome so far !
Cheers !!

I like what Vinnie said about dusting it up a little bit - kinda lighten things up, but not in a happy way or anything . :-)

Thanks lads you made my day.
For the green i mixed Tamiya XF-67 and XF-26,dark yellow XF-60 and brown was XF-64 with a bit of flat red added for a more redbrown look.
I have not i can open the front hatch as i just used a small drop of white glue so i could paint the outer hatch, then when am ready open it up to add a figure.
Again thanks for your comments.
cheers karl

Karl ...Wow..now that looks awesome ...I have been planning a JP for a while now and I hope mine turns out half as well as yours did ...I love these late war dark schemes and that is how I was planning on doing mine.. There is one little thing ..The covers one the air intakes on the rear deck were only on the right hand side when looking at the tank from the back end...other than that excellent ..You models keep get better and better ...congrats!

Hey Karl,
very nice JP, and an excellent paint scheme very well executed. One point though, did not the late war JP's have the barrel cleaning rods moved to the rear deck, or was this just a field applied modification that some units did and was not common to all late war JP's?

Ola,
Nice model there.
I like your drybrushing. Make a good weathered model,.
It would be a nice model in a diorama theme such as

VERY NICE! I like the dark vertical streaking..subtle but effective. Great overall look. Can't wait to see it done. It would look good in a street setting to...poking out of a building or between two bombed out buildings

The Jagdpanther looks great Karl. I like the dark look and would be very careful applying too much dust. Could you explain how you achieved: (1) the hard edge camo (i.e. what did you mask with, etc.) and (2) the dark streaks? Also, obviously you added the screen, is that part of a pe set or what?

Very cool....I love AFV's with this type of weathering....lots of heavy dark washes. I would definately put this in a wet setting. I think a ruined urban environment with everything nice and dark and wet. Just a thought.
