The seperate R/C Talk forum is now deceased. Now that we have the group functionality (or at least partially working) I went ahead and created Armor, A/C, and Warship R/C groups for those people who want to discuss R/C topics in those forums.

I think this will work better for all involved. The majority of all the R/C posts were moved into their respective forums and R/C group.
