just trying to put pics up here from another internet gallery i have space on, seems to have worked!

Errr...not really. I see a stand-in image that says: "Direct linking to numbered image servers is not allowed. Instead use: http://images.fotopic.net".

i just had a reply to my other post, saying they couldnt see any thing, chuck, i wonder what ive done? is there an easy way, i.e.stupid proof to link to images on galleries elsewhere?

Sorry Phil can't help, don't see anything wrong. Looked at both posts in EDIT mode and they are fine. Trouble must be in their "set" :-)

Hmm....perchance do the people who *can* see the images also use this site and have an account there? That is similar to what happens on other photo sites like Yahoo when some people can see the image and some can't.

For what it's worth I can see the pic using I.E. or Firefox - and I don't have an acount with them.

Well now everyone should be able to see it as I took out the number from the subdomain as the image said to do.

I guess the reason it was showing up for some and not others is just a mystery.

It may blocked by IP range for particular areas of the country/world.

hi jim! do you think its o.k. to carry on posting pics from my fotopics account or will it cause some people hassle? you mention you took out a number from a sub domain and i have no idea what that means! is there a way i could do this myself? bearing in mind im not the most computer able person
