Hi!
Anyone know a company that manufactures pigeons in 1/35 scale?
I thought it would bring some more life to a dio with some birds in it.
Thanks in advance

Simon,
I am not sure about pigeons, however Tamiya's German Tank Crew at Rest #35201comes with two birds, one is a crow and the other is like a finch, I guess. Not much but just a suggestion

Simon in case you have trouble locating them the Farm animal set has a couple of baby chicks that could be used to approximate pigeons although their heads are slightly big. May have to shave the head a bit though unless you want to represent pigeons with a minor tumor (hehheh).

Hi Beachbum - like the name
Thanks for the tip. It could work out fine, but I'm also interesting in pigeons (or other birds) in motion - i.e. flying.
But its worth a try though, regarding the small chicken/pigeons.

You could try some model railway suppliers - they have some good scenic accessories available. Think 'O' gauge is similar to 1/35

O scale is 1/48th, a bit too small
however, in the case of pigeons, i dont know
Because model railroads have much more crap by way of anything you could try a larger bird in O scale and give it the pigeon paintjob (cant think of any that would even resemble a pigeon though)
this topic intrigues me, i cant help but wonder wht you have forming in your mind that uses pigeons, i have ideas, but i wont say anything
