How do I get me a gallery to host photos here on Armorama?
And how do I upload the pictures?

If you ring me tonight I can talk you through it. I´ll PM my number in case you dont have it. I´ll be home and available after 20:00.
There is also a clickable button at the top of this thread with "image help" if you want to try it your self. Its one of things that "once you do it once .... its like riding a bike ... and all other appropriate clichés"

In your thread is a button at the bottom that says "MY PHOTOS". Click it and it takes you to your official Armorama gallery. Every Armorama member gets several megs of storage. Becoming a member of the A-Guard (see the silver patch next to my avatar) gets you 25MB.

Once you go to your gallery, there will be an option to upload photos. Click there and follow the steps.

Don't forget that, in order to be able to upload photo's, you have to log in separately in the gallery. The button for this is at the top right as wel.
