I was able to get a little more work done, despite being under the weather for a few days. Still need to finish the lower weathering including tires and tracks. Then some touch ups on the upper hull add some stowage and she will be finished, comments welcome as always, good or bad.
regards,
Robert

Super Robert.

That's really looking good Robert, It's all starting to gel together very nicely. As said before, that camo looks excellent, and the tarp on the top is a nice addition. I do hope that the crew remembers to remove the starting handel before moving off... :-) .
Will you tone down the overall brightness, or leave it as it is? Or maybe it's the photo that makes it look a bit bright. That is however a personal taste remark, I tend to finish mine rather well used..
Hope you will feel better soon,
Cheers
Henk

Hi fellas,
Thanks for the compliments.
Henk, I think the brightness is due to my poor photography setup, the pics were taken quickly with just an Ott light and no flash, but I still have a little dirtying up to do. Once finished I will take some good shots of the whole vehicle.
Steve, it is the AFV club kit, not such a good fit , but the detail was pretty nice. My gallery has some shots of the shim I had to put in after I sawed the upper half apart.
regards,
Robert

Yikes!! Thats a baaaad feeling when you gotta take a saw to a brand new kit. Fantastic job on this. I took a tour of your gallery, you are very talented, and you seem to like the pak 40. Are you going to put this in a dio??

Awesome, Robert. I love those Hussar wheels & your mud/dirt treatment. Are those Moskit mufflers?

I think your camoflage is awesome! I really like how you made the middle of each color lighter.
That's the kind of piant job that inspires me. Thank you for sharing!

Thanks guys.
Philippe, I look at others models and it inspires me, never thought I would inspire anyone so thanks.
Alex, yep its the moskit exhaust, nice little sucker.
Brian, yep I like the pak 40, my next vehicle is the 234/4 can you guess what it was armed with :-), no dio for this one, just a small base with a figure on it. Thanks again guys.
regards,
Robert
