What if you took the top hull from the Armorfast Sherman and tried to mate it to the Italeri/Esci M4A1? Would it make an accurate M4A3 (75)?
How about if you used literally only the barest essentials from the armorfast?

Yes, it would give a fairly accurate rendition of an M4A3 (W) as long as you did not install the engine (a rotary M4 or M4A1 engine). The Eduard M4A3 kits are on sale at Squadron though.
