Here is the Dragon kit "NVA" version. I plan on making a Yugo JNA version.

Looking really good so far. It's a really interesting subject, also. I look forward to seeing your progress.

Looks cool so far. I suppose that's the Jaguar interior kit and the Eduard detail kit. I look forward to seeing progress on this one.

Details: Jaguar interior, fuel drums, air-intake covers. Aber photoetch, and WWII Productions resin track. The fuel drums are slowing me down right now, but look OK when finished. I'll try and scan a copy of the vehicle that I'm making. It will be a plain Yugo JNA (no wild paint schemes) with it's 5(?) digit number on turret and a .50 cal on the turret top. I've got to dig one of those out from some where that has a post-war cradle. Any ideas who makes one of these? Dan

Ciao Dan,
Hey, it is really looking good. From all the interior shots, I thought that it was the Trumpeter 1/16, and that I had misread your post. Amazing! It is going to be a masterpiece.
Do me a small favor, Dan. When you post the finished model, post the cost of everything that went into the model. I would just like to see how much it is going to run to build such a beautiful model with all that AM stuff.
Ciao for now

Ciao Dan,
Fair enough, my friend. You are still going to have one heck of a model when you're through.

Dan:

I assume you have not glued the hull on yet. When do you start painting the interior? If you need any reference colors or whatever for the interior let me know. I did the same build (but 85 version which I assume is pretty much the same) not too long ago.

I think I have some ammo bin tops from Aber (you need to scratch the rest) for the floor. I think there are something like 6 of them on the fighting compartment floor. The real bins have black/grey rubber tops and that is what Aber gives you, but you have to make the 4 sides for the top to sit on.

be gone! I use a weapons cleaning toothbrush to remove the flash. The tracks are from WWII Productions. Great stuff-easy to use.

I know what JNA means, thank you. We used to live in Yugoslavia. I was just suprised that someone chose the subject.

Ziga, Sorry! I like their odd color that they used for their vehicles. Differant from the pld plain Soviet green. Dan
