Hello csago

Very impressive dio indeed. Looks like it’s of to a great start. What did you use for the base Plaster, and how did you shape the sides and rocks.

Glad to see another Nam Dio. I really like the layout. The thatch on the hut roof looks really nice. Are all the figures DML the color made me think they are resin I guess im use to seeing them in grey color on the sprue. Keep us updated will be watching.

Looking good. Csago, thanks for sharing your Diorama with us.. Can't wait to see more progress of your Nam dio. I like the rock face/cliff you made. It's going to look very natural when painted

Well, this is definately a diorama to follow while it's developping. I see an excellent start here. The diorama shows a great atmosphere even in this early stage !

Keep us posted, this is a very promissing start !

Thanks to all. What you see in the pictures is the basic layout of the dio, maybe some minor changes next months.
The figures are all plastic, DML Dragon all, from MACV-SOG, Vietcong and Vietnamese Rangers (just the grey legs). No resin, and no big modifications (the cream color is because I buy them some years ago, when the Dragon figures were of this color).
I´ll send more pictures of the dio as soon as I could work on it...
Thanks again. It´s great that after 4 months someone remember my models...

Great start. Great original layout. Can't wait for more.
I know there is a long way to go, so this may be in the works already - the rope on the bridge is ramrod straight. I personally would put a bit of a sag on it.

Thank you very much ¡¡¡ and about the brigde, it´s only a mock up to see the effect on the layout of the diorama. The final brigde will be diferent, and with the right look for a suspended rope brigde. Best regards
