Dus,
Looks good. I never got far on the one I was building for the Humvee campaign.
What kits did you use for yours?

Hi Neo
I used the ZSU 23mm twin cannon from the Eastern Express Gaz 66 anti aircraft truck and the Academy IED Humvee, though pretty much anything that can be built as the truck body would probably do.
The Academy kit goes together well but the wheels are too small and a different tread pattern on the tyres to most I have seen in pics. Think there are some resin replacements available if required.

Seems that finding the 23mm quad gun wouldn't be too difficult, but how about the 14.5mm quad gun in kit form. I would imagine that the mounts and all that would be different than the 23mm system.. It is interesting what all these nutty warlords do. I think most of it is for shock effect. KInd of like Mogadishu (sp?). known here as "Blackhawk Down". They just spray bullets , no thought of aiming hence the difference in casualty ratios at that little set-to. Enjoyed seeing the pix. I am one of those old guys that has the old Tamiya kit in my stash.

The Quad 14.2mm mount is not available as a kit that I know of...so you wouldl have to scratchbuild one.
How about a Quad .50 in the back of a Hummer?

Hey Jacques,
I always wanted to do a M-113 w/ a quad 50 (Turkish Army mod I think).
