I have some navy seals figures that i want to make a diorama out of. I am unfortunatly experiencing some "builder block". Any ideas of an interesting way to use these guys?

Vietnam era or modern era SEAL's? One I've always had in mind to do (someday in the future when I can paint figures better and learn to make water for a dio) was an infiltration dio. Exiting the boat and heading onto land in Vietnam, rolling out on patrol.

Ooohh!
I have that kit! It's the one with the guy wearing the jeans, right?
If so I'd have them wading through some light swamp going up to an abandoned boat or something.

swamp, weapons cache an some vc on guard.
Make it look like a real jungle. A wide range of different plants and flora. "Hide" those seals. In that way that the diorama-watcher has to discover those seal figures too! I always wanted to do something like this...waiting until my skills reach this level.

DML/Dragon makes both an NVA set and a VC set. The NVA set is more posed for attack. They are throwing grenades, providing covering MG fire while rushing the enemy with ladders to assault the wire. If your SEALs are trying to ambush or observe the enemy you may be better with the VC set. The VC are basically relaxed and standing around.

DML/Dragon made a set of VC in 1/35th but I think they are OOP. You might be able to get a set on EBay. Had a gril with a bike and three men in casual poses. Would be okay for a SEAL ambush type dio.

How bout an extraction under fire? You could have a hovering Huey with half the Seal team running for the bird with the other half covering, door gunners blazing away, and the NVA trying to overrun the LZ.
