In Stephen Hart's book, Panther Medium Tank 1942-45, (Osprey, New Vanguard), there's a color profile plate of a Panther G in hard-edged straight line three-color camouflage which is labeled as a "splinter" scheme. This picture only displays a single side view. Does anyone know where I can find pictures showing the top, front, and rear of such a camo scheme? I'd like to give this paint job a try.
I'd post a scan of the profile from the book for clarification, but I don't want to violate any copyrights.
TIA . . . Kevin

Wow, Rick, thanks very much for those shots! The profile I saw in the book is a Panther G, but the paint scheme here looks very similar. You wouldn't happen to have a shot that shows a little more of the top side, do you?
Thanks!
Kevin

There's a profile here of a Marder with a similar hard-edged splinter camo scheme.
https://armorama.kitmaker.net/news/1185
It's the Marder in the sixth picture from the top on the right hand side. So I'm still looking for more references showing the top sides.
Thanks...Kevin
