Most of us enjoy researching and adding to our knowledge base about all sorts of minutae about vechicles, equipment, unit histories, etc.
Documentation teases us with items that are reputed to have been fielded. What are Allied WW2 pictures you hope will show up?
Off the top of my head here are some I'd like to see (if they exist):
M4A1 (76w) HVSS
M4A3 (75 w) HVSS (I know a few have surfaced)
M4A1 (75d) large hatch (a few have surfaced)
"Zebra Mission" vehicles (M40?)
Soviet Lend Lease M10s
Pacific theatre M3 Lees (more please)
British M3 Lees in Africa (they got a few with the Grants)

hi Roy,
'M4A1 (75d) large hatch (a few have surfaced)'
theres a nice clear picture of one in the 'tanks in detail' volume on the sherman.
its a top view of one rolling through an english town on a training exercise prior to d-day.
regards
joe

Howdy,
Man would I love some photos of all the 234 series as well as some more Jadgpanther interior shots, ie wiring(have an interior on hold). How about some 2cm turret interior shots, 234/1, 250/9 and 140/1. I'd be happy with that plus some photos of a family member of mine, Ludwig Von Spindler 9th SS. This would make my year. Ryan

How about pics of any South African armour in Africa (Incl Madagascar), the Middle East and Italy during WW2?
Lately it seems like most folks are forgetting SA's major contribution to the war in N.Africa...

Mind you, the question was relating to Allied vehicles...
