NASA S.W.A.T.
This is a preliminary photo in case I don't have time to snap anymore pics before the deadline. I did this in five minutes, and apologize for the poor photo quality.
I didn't know what to use the S.W.A.T. figure for: base security, building security, police, hostage rescue, etc. or what service to represent: FBI, Coast Guard, police, Govt., ATF, etc. so I grabbed the easiest background I could think of to Photoshop.
Hopefully I'll have time to tweak the camera angle and such so that the boots will show. (I didn't show the boots because the boots will look as if the figure is standing downhill). More time is needed to get the gun barrel cut out properly, etc.
