The Achtung Panzer series has a volume on the IV and would have all the info, ,pics and line drawings you'd need.
I'm at work ( scanner and no references) and the book is at home ( references and no scanner..)
Let me know if you need me to bring one to the other.
you might also try a google search for AFV Interior or AFV interiors
That website has LOTS of info on interiors and might have what you need.

How about modern US army ? I remember we had field kitchens (Belgium) during field exercises. They must exist in US Army too. Anyone has pictures of such kitchen in full swing ? That might be an interesting scratchbuilding challenge !
Thanks !

Yes they are called MKTs or mobile kitchen trailers. I don't have any photos or reference sites off hand, but since I am at the home of Army cooks, I may be able to scrounge something up. Either that or go to Ft. Lee's website. It should be www.lee.army.mil and navigate towards the Quartermaster school or museum.

Rob,
They should have a field kitchen set up in one of the training class rooms iirc.
