Does anyone make decals for the GD Pzr Gdr. div?? I have Schnieders book but the photos aren't that great. Suggestions guys??

My suggestion is to go to Axis History Forum.com and ask some of the guys there. I've gotten very good responses and info from them.

Andrew GD decals are easy to come by they are the white german helmet all you need are 2 of them. If you can't find any PM me and I will mail off a couple to you. They are very common in Tamiya kits especialy the 222 223 and Krupp Protze kits from the 1970's.

Sorry but I've never seen the helmet divisional sign on a GD Tiger .. They received early tigers and later received lates and final versions Markings were in the beginning an S followed by two numbers but this was changed to an A ,B or C followed by the tank number . Tanks seemed to have very little cammo and many were just Dark yellow but later models seemed to have gotten the redbrown and green cammo over the dark yellow .. Some tanks had the balkenkruz in the center of the hull while others didn't ...
Not much help am I !! :-) Best thing is to find a picture and go from there ...If you tell me what time period you are looking at I might be able to find a picture or two for you ..

Richard I stand corrected you are absolutely right GD tanks did not use the helmet marking. These sites may help you.
