we're planning visting italy and greece and while there i'd like to visit shops selling figures(of course) . can anyone give me addresses for hobbyshops in rome and/or athens. we'll be there for a few days so, i'd like to check out what's available if i can.

I don't know any specific shops, but grab a phone book and look under "Modellismo," and you should find a few.

They have their own range, Post Millitaire, FM BEneito , Elite , Pegaso, Romeo, Masterclass, and many many other brands u can find as well pretty cheap Valejo colors and brushes,

Another Shop is called Miniature Art, in 3d Septembrioy 97 street in the center of athens also tel nomber 210 8824402. U ll meet John Lalis , u tell me u go on behalf of me , and he carries Andrea , Pegaso , Elisena, Romeo, and many other brands and books and mags. The ones i suggest are plain figures shops, though all other mentioned above are generic modelshops with almost no figures.
