Comrades, ive always wondered if manf you have tried to build panzers from paper? I have,i downloaded the cutouts from www.achtungpanzer.bos.ru and printed the cutout of a Hetzer. After pasting the ''pieces'' on weak Kleenex cardboard i cut them out and by following the instructions assembled it. The result was a decent model, only if you pretend that the wheels are not 1mm thick. To improve the model i bought separate Hetzer wheels and tracks from some amateur modeler kid for a tenfold reduced price (the kid couldnt even build the chassis) i added them onto the cardboard model by making sprue chassis. Other attachments were an MG 34, sprue made exhausts and the gun barrel. After all this ordeal i realized that it would have been better to buy a Hetzer Italeri model for 18000 Lebanese Liras which is roughly 12$. To dispose of the carcase of the perverted Hetzer, I burned a match inside it,added 76mm penetration holes and stuffed it full of damaged engine compartaments etc.. which i dug up on the same site from schematics... Was is worth it? Have any of you tried anything like this before?

I would never bother with cutout models. They don't have anything like the detail, strength, or satisfaction of building them.

Wouldn't start it. It's just so toy-like.

I don't bother with paper stuff. I tried making a stadium from cut out. Corrugated Plastic is better and better still, just stick to plastic models

I downloaded the paper Hetzer but haven't tried it yet.
Can you post some pictures of yours?

Well its a bit late for my paper Hetzer, since i bought the plastic one for roughly 10$,which meant the condemning of heresy of paper models. You know how nicely plastic sprues and paper burn under alcohol? I stripped the paper abomination of all its possessions before setting it ablaze, and i didnt photo it before, i dont really have any record of my older models, other than their box art and some noteworthy parts from them, that includes an old MI-24 Hind, a KA-50 and a BF-109G, they were lost to accidents. I can tell you now that i will NEVER try building anything made of paper again! Its a waste of time, Heed my call and warning brethren!

If it's to scale you could use those as decoys like they did in the war.
