Does anyone know if Osprey - Modelling and Painting Figures by Jerry Cutts is a good book for a beginner that wishes to learn a good way to paint figs ?

Im not sure about the Osprey range but i recently purchased this paperback and found it really useful in terms of painting figures both using acrylics and artist oils.
