I know Revell has a good line up of Panzer IIs and IVs. They have link and length tracks (which IMO is a pain especially for a braille kit). Detail is good as they says, but sorry, haven't built any.
Hope this helps!

The only Pzkpfw II Revell does in Braille is an old 1/76 Matchbox kit reboxed with some vinyl troops.
Revell's PzKpfw III and IV series (except the StuG IV) are excellent kits. Avoid their StuG IV, but their StuG III (called the StuG 40) is excellent.
Revell PzKpfw III Ausf. M
Revell PzKpfw III Ausf. L
Revell StuG 40 (III) Ausf. G
Revell PzKpfw IV Ausf. H
Revell PzKpfw IV Ausf. J
Mirage just released a couple of PzKpfw IV kits. Pretty nice compared to the older Hasegawa and Esci/Italeri PzKpfw IV kits. Avoid the old Hasegawa and Esci/Italeri PzKpfw IV kits. The tracks are useless on the Hasegawa kits and the Italeri kit is a mix and match of panzer variants.
Mirage Pzpfw IV Ausf. D tropical
Mirage PzKpfw IV Ausf. C Normandy
Dragon just released a StuG IV late version. I bought one and think it is their best 1/72 scale kit to date.
I'd suggest avoiding the Attack Hobbies kits. They are limited run and not easy builds.

Mirage have recently brought out two early Pz IV's, a tropical ausf D and a refitted one from Normandy (don't remember which mark). They are the only early braille Pz IV's in plastic. Info here, http://www.smallscaleafv.com/
For more info on the Hasegawa kits, try here http://www.ontheway.org.uk/ , the site may not be fully operational after changeing hands.

A Pzr IV Ausf C ? in 1944 in Normandy??
Considering that only about 138 of the Ausf C were build, and the last one came of the line in August 1939, I doubt you would find one in 1944 without having been heavily upgraded. Would be ok for Invasion of France 1940 though, just paint Panzergrau and add white only crosses.
Cheers

The markings are for the 21st Panzer Division in Normandy. They had units equipped with the Ausf. C and even had units equipped with old French tanks.A Pzr IV Ausf C ? in 1944 in Normandy??
The kit gives the choice of three Ausf. C vehicles on the decal sheet: 5th Panzer Division (Winter, Germany 1939); 2nd Panzer Division (Balkans 1941) or 21st Panzer Division (Normandy 1944).
Rare markings for sure, but they probably highlight the Normandy 1944 usage as a D-Day selling point.

There's a photo of an ausf C (at least I think it's and ausf C - the one with the internal mantlet) knocked out in Normandy in 1944. It's dark yellow with green bands and I think the Mirage kit is supposed to represent that tank.
