Steve,
Nice work! Is this OOB or are there some extra P/E items on this? Either way it looks very sweet! Needs a nice Sherman or TD on it though.

Jim,
Some Eduard and Tamiya PE parts are added on. Thanks for reminding me to put a sherman on it ,I've built the Tamiya M4 Sherman #35190 and will post it later.

Looks good Steve, and you beat me to the punch, I was trying to post my pics of unfinished dragon wagons in the rivet review forum, but the server is screwing up. I am thinking of doing a dio with one DW kit and one 40 ton tank transporter kit (you know, with trailer) I just haven't decided what I want to do yet. How's this sound a DW towing another DW with a Diamond T wrecker on it's trailer?
Did you do the PE racks for the MG ammo on yours and if so how hard/worth it? It is lookin' good.

Definately one of the coolest models around at the moment. Its plain to be seen why its that "little" bit more expensive than a normal kit but it still looks value for money.
As the other guys have already pointed out, it is crying out for a load and a nice setting or dio. Great work BTW!!

Rtwpsom2,
I am looking forward to seeing your Dragon Wagon soon.
Plasticbattle
You are right, the Dragon Wagon is worth to build and the details are great too. Thanks for Tamiya's new technology for molding and crisp craftmanship.

I finally got the bugs worked out, you can see a few pics here:

By the way, all that chain cost me $6 US at hobby lobby in their craft jewelry section.
Cheers,
Rob

Rtwpsom2,
It's not bad and I can see that you are building two, right? Is that one without the trailer?
Are you weathering one of the Dragon Wagon? I can see there is white/gray color at the lower part of it.
I am looking forward to seeing the finished ones.
Good job anway.

Very nicely done Steve!
I really liked the weathering. It's subtle and realistic. Did you use pastel chalks for weathering? I especially like the rusting you did on the exhaust. It looks like real rust!
Again: very nicely done!

Very Nice.. However, Just a small point.
Would it not be better to make the camo net at the top a slightly different olive drab?
I am very impressed however!
I especially like the chalk/pastel dust fininsh and YES the rust...How did you do the rust.
Is it real rust, ie, iron nails rusted in a small amount of water?????

Jeepney & Desert-fox,
I just hand painted Tamiya XF64 on the exhausted pipe, however, I didn't use any pastel on the vehicle. It's not real rust. I painted the camo net OD and dry brushed with XF49 (Khaki).
By the way, thanks for your comments.

Yeah, I just started, though and I have a lot left to do. Thank goodness I am not doing any PE or it would take forever.

Rob--that Baby is well worth the effort. You'll love the end results. PE is like bringing coal to New Castle. I think it is a total waste on the DW.
Good luck
